I don't think you can find a country where the tradition of taking family pictures is rooted so deeply in the culture than the USA. The art of photography "Hollywood style" is everywhere, even in a small city in south central PA. The average American has dozens of pictures in his/her wallet, and there are volumes of framed pictures on people's desks or office walls. Having a family portrait session scheduled once a year is a given, not to mention printing the portrait in hundreds of wallet size copies, so that every member of the family (and the friends, and the friends of the friends...) can all have one. Now that our tour is approaching to the end we are thinking about scheduling a Christmas portrait session (when in Rome do as the Romans do, go figure!), meanwhile, we let our super boy Wellington feel like a Hollywood star. Brad Pitt ought to be envious of this stunning blonde English bloke, with such a very wild American look!
