GOTV or Get Out The Vote, this has been the motto of the last four days of the campaign. We've been working hard throughout the final few months, but it is during the last four days that the sum of all our efforts will bring the voters out to the poll to elect our new president. Pennsylvania is once again in the eye of the cyclone, the road to the White House has to pass through PA, that's why the GOP has concentrated their efforts here, especially in rural areas. But our volunteers are strong, wired and ready, and not only the Pennsylvanians are volunteering more and more, but we have volunteers arrived from other states, especially from NY, being the Empire State so close for people to travel. Two terrific guys from NYC, Edward and Philip, stayed at my house for the past three days, Jade from DC arrived yesterday and blended into the team immediately, going out to knock on doors with Keith, a terrific local volunteer that with his knowledge of the area has been a real blessing to the team. We worked hard, we canvassed entired neighborhoods knocking on more doors we can remember, we called so many people the batteries of the phones died, and, most important of all, we had great fun! CNN just said that the Obama volunteers knocked on a million doors in PA alone yesterday. What an accomplishment, I am so proud to have been part of it!
